I could shoot Oregon Coast weddings over and over and over again and never tire of them. Some of my earliest childhood memories come from this coastline—running barefoot across cool sand, chasing salty wind, and searching tide pools for tiny sea creatures. Every time I return, Cannon Beach wraps around me like nostalgia itself. Even the drive out feels like slipping back into the best parts of childhood.

For Daphne and Rylan’s Cannon Beach wedding, that same sense of ease and magic filled the entire day. They chose to be married right on the sand, with the ceremony lovingly set up and coordinated by the Surfsand Hotel, one of the most iconic and welcoming stays on the Oregon Coast. Their team created the perfect intimate space—simple, natural, and completely surrounded by the rhythm of the ocean.
