Villa del Balbianello—Rachel & Jeff’s Lake Como Elopement

This incredible wedding on Lake Como has left me dreaming of romantic Italian outdoor ceremonies and boat rides on the lake everyday since it happened! Every detail of the day was so special and beautiful, and it was one of the best days of my life, being able to capture my younger sister's wedding. We stayed in Bellagio across the lake and took a boat over to the villa when it was time for Rachel and Jeff to get married! Rachel and Jeff kept the details minimal for both the ceremony and the dinner afterward, as the villa was already amazing. The ceremony was short and sweet, and afterward, we walked around the grounds and were able to capture some stunning photos. We even ran into Justin Thomas, the professional golfer, and that might have been the second-best thing to happen to Jeff that day! We took a boat ride around Lake Como and then headed back to Bellagio. The evening ended with an intimate dinner with our two families and a couple of friends. These two were laughing and crying (happy tears) all day long, and you can really see in these photos how much fun they were having together with their family and friends.
